About Karla
Karla sits on the OLDPUG Executive Committee as Secretary, helping keep meetings, minutes, records and communication organized behind the scenes.
A long-time dog park user, Karla believes strongly that off-leash parks work best when people respect the park, respect each other and respect the dogs. She brings a practical, organized and community-minded approach to OLDPUG, with a focus on clear communication, thoughtful planning and keeping things moving forward.
Karla and her husband, Phil, share their home with Harley, a very opinionated Porgi who believes every outing should include snacks, supervision and at least one dramatic moment.
When she is not working on OLDPUG notes or dog park matters, Karla can usually be found gardening, making videos, working on creative projects or explaining to Harley that he is not actually in charge.
