Regina’s year-round off-leash locations include separate all-dog and small-dog communities with different users, representatives and priorities.
OLDPUG presents each distinct park community separately, while also providing practical information about the City’s seasonal off-leash areas.
How OLDPUG counts park communities
The City identifies Mount Pleasant and Māmowimīwēyitamōwin as single dog-park locations with separate small-dog areas.
Because the all-dog and small-dog areas have distinct users, representatives and priorities, OLDPUG treats each one as its own park community.
Open throughout the year
City-operated year-round dog parks are generally open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

A large creek-side off-leash area with open space to explore.

A fully fenced off-leash park serving Regina’s northeast and industrial-area dog community.

These are outdoor boarded rinks temporarily designated for off-leash use—not fully developed dog parks.
Conditions and amenities vary. An area may not include grass, seating, shade, water, waste bins or other features found at year-round parks.

Dogs must remain leashed while travelling to and from the designated off-leash area.
Keep your dog under physical or reliable verbal control throughout the visit.
Bring bags, collect your dog’s waste and dispose of it appropriately.
Dogs using Regina parks are required to have a current City licence.
