Attend a meeting, represent your park, volunteer for a project, share a local photograph or simply bring forward a good idea.
OLDPUG is built by people who use Regina’s off-leash spaces and want to help make them safer, cleaner and more welcoming.
Ways to Help
You do not need to join every meeting or take on a major role. A photograph, an hour at a tidy-up or one useful local observation can all make a difference.

Attend a Meeting
OLDPUG holds Executive Committee and Council meetings throughout the year. Meeting dates are posted on the website, with participation details added as they are confirmed.
Meetings are a good way to learn what is underway, understand how decisions are made and bring forward broader park-community ideas.
Participation Details
The process for public attendance and meeting participation is being finalized. Upcoming dates are listed on the home page.
Park Representation
Park representatives bring local information, recurring concerns, ideas and community priorities to OLDPUG Council.
Representatives do not need to solve every problem or speak for every individual. Their role is to help keep communication moving between park users and OLDPUG.
Current Opportunity
This park community does not currently have an OLDPUG representative, and we would dearly love to find one.

Volunteer
Volunteer opportunities may include park tidy-ups, distributing educational materials, helping with events, gathering local information or supporting a short-term project.
Some opportunities require only an hour or two. Others may suit people who enjoy planning, communication, photography or behind-the-scenes organization.
Volunteer Process
OLDPUG is confirming the best way to receive and coordinate volunteer offers. Opportunities will be posted as the process is finalized.
Share a Photograph
OLDPUG welcomes candid photographs of dogs enjoying Regina’s off-leash spaces. Perfect photography is not required. Mud, motion blur, ridiculous expressions and enormous close-up noses are all part of real park life.
Photographs may be used in OLDPUG communications, social media, printed materials and community projects. Photos may be cropped or resized to suit the format.
Submission Process
A formal photo-submission process is being finalized. In the meantime, watch for photo calls in the OLDPUG Facebook community and individual park groups.
Have Another Idea?
OLDPUG is still finalizing its official contact process. Once approved, the contact page will explain how to submit ideas, ask questions and connect with the appropriate person.
